Mr. Dugal is the Chairman & Founder of Institute of Clinical Research India ICRI the first of its kind ever in India. Considered an expert on education and foreign education in India, he is a well–known speaker at conferences, university symposia, and corporate programs. Mr. Dugal worked for over 30 years in India and overseas in various management fields, and he founded several companies and was actively involved in planning and implementing strategies for companies in Management, software, Fashion designing, travel and tourism, aviation and clinical research. He started ICRI when the clinical research education in India was negligible.Mr. Dugal has been responsible for raising the organisation’s delivery capability to world-class standards. Under his stewardship, ICRI has been assessed at global standards of education. With over 30 years of experience, Mr Dugal has been a part of the core team since the early years of ICRI’s inception in 2004. He has spearheaded the cause of clinical research in India and has been promoting and marketing the country as a hub for clinical research and trials at all international platforms across the world. He is an active member of many Industry Associations and Societies and has served these bodies in various capacities in implementing their programmes.
