ICRI has an eminent team of permanent faculty comprising distinguished academicians as well as renowned people from the pharmaceutical industry. The faculty members have proven academic achievements in various disciplines of management and are actively involved in teaching, training, research and consulting. We also have a team of visiting faculty from India and abroad to guide our students, and help them reach the pinnacle of excellence.
Dr. S. K. Gupta - Director & Dean, Institute of Clinical Research (India)
The Honorable Dean, of ICRI, was previously Prof. & Head, Department of Pharmacology, AIIMS, New Delhi, and President of Indian Pharmacology Society. He is also Emeritus Professor of ICMR. Dr. Gupta is also Chairman, Ethics Committee, "Max Healthcare" and Co-Chairman of the Oscar Research Ltd. (previously SRL Ranbaxy). Dr. Gupta is a member of National Pharmacovigilance Committee and Governing Body of Indian System of Medicine (ISM), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Various national and international bodies have conferred a large number of awards, fellowships and distinctions upon him. Dr. Gupta has published over 400 papers in national and international science journals and is on the editorial boards of several national and international journals. He has edited seven books of international repute. Dr. Gupta has been awarded distinguished services award in medicine and surgery by the International Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences. He has also authored a number of books on Pharmacology.

B.Sc. (HONS) in Applied Biology - University of Sunderland, M.Sc. in Experimental Pathology/Toxicology - Royal Postgraduate Medical School, University of London, PhD Studies on the control of hepatocyte proliferation - Royal Postgraduate Medical School, University of London. Worked with Oxford University and David Tarin's Cancer Diagnosis and Metastasis Laboratory in the Nuffield Department of Pathology.
